How the lake becomes reachable
Advance through Pangzhen and defeat the main west-side boss to obtain the Phantom Edge that opens the route north of town. The Sha-Chi Powered Boat quest then leads to the lake and its islands; docking at bells makes the later return trip easier.
- Fast travel remains useful for revisiting earlier docks; keep a manual save before the boat quest and major regional transitions.
- A separate Serpent House island objective produces the White Serpent Eye for the later Mirage Estate door.
